The Terms and Conditions of Use are deemed to have been made and entered into at Melbourne in the State of Victoria.

No right under the Terms and Conditions of Use will be deemed to be waived except by notice in writing signed by each party. A waiver by Complete Home Investments will not prejudice its rights in respect of any subsequent breach of the Terms and Conditions of Use by you. Any failure by Complete Home Investments to enforce any clause of the Terms and Conditions of Use, or any forbearance, delay, or indulgence granted by Complete Home Investments to you, will not be construed as a waiver of Complete Home Investments’ rights under the Terms and Conditions of Use.

All images, video and content displayed on Our website and Our social media accounts are for Illustration purposes. HOUSE & LAND PACKAGE PRICING

All package prices displayed on our website or in our marketing material are supplied by third party builder’s and is subject to change. Prices are generally based on the standard build including their preferred siting and the current list price of the lot. Photos and artist renders are for illustration purposes only and may not represent exact offering. Forecast title date is based on information available at the date of package creation and no guarantee is made that title registration will occur on the date detailed. Pricing may vary due to actual land availability and at builders discretion. The builder reserves the right to change prices without notice and therefore, Complete Home Investments, cannot guarantee availability of advertised packages.
